The submission will be discussed at the next Board of Directors and voted on.
A majority vote is required for appointment as a "Special Friend of the Tour".
Any member designated as a "Special Friend of the Tour" will have the same rights and responsibilities as any Ride or Support member.

What is required to participate?
First, you must become a member of the Police Unity Tour Chapter VIII. Once a member, you will be required to register for the Police Unity Tour event. Ride and Support members are required to raise a minimum of $2000.00. Ride members, in addition to the monetary requirement, are required to complete and submit qualifying rides of 75 and 50 miles. Ride members are required to complete their qualifying rides within a specific time and pace.
Registration for the ride is a two step process. You must register as a member of the Police Unity Tour and then (after your membership has been approved) visit our home page and register for the actual ride event listed there. Your spot IS NOT guaranteed until you have completed both steps and paid both the $25 fee for membership and the $100 event registration fee.
The link below shows registration step by step. If you don't complete the second part, your spot for the 2019 Police Unity Tour is not secured.
